Notes: Thought it was good! The special effects and CGI were 10/10, absolutely amazing. I thought it was a great kick-off for the new DCU. María Gabriela de Faría is such a good actress, I loved her role in this. The twist with one of the antagonists genuinely caught me off guard (in a good way!). Overall nice to see a movie that so heavily promotes kindness and being anti-war in the current climate of everything. A longer runtime and slower pace would have helped a little, though.

Notes: It was good, loved the visual effects and thought it was a fun watch overall. Like with Superman, I think it would have been better with a longer runtime and slower pace. All the characters felt very one-dimensional and flat, and there are some scenes I think should have been WAY longer, like the teleporting Earth one. A good action movie, but I hope we get to learn more about the characters in Avengers: Doomsday.

Notes: I love this anime so much!! It was the first one I watched to completion and the first show I watched with a queer couple as the protagonists! Yuri(o)'s arc was so beautiful and it's a shame it isn't discussed more, since he's such an amazing character. I think he and Viktor are tied for my favs. Genuinely an amazing anime, and the animation is great too, especially in Welcome to the Madness.

Notes: I'm still hesitant to give it 4 stars, since I'm not finished with it, but I genuinely love it! It's so cute and fun. My favorite characters are absolutely Sakaki or Chiyo, but I like Osaka, too. Also, the opening song? It goes crazy hard. I love it. I've had the opening noises stuck in my head for days. The ending song is also really good, just a solid soundtrack overall.
