I was listening to Broadway Homestuck again and certain lyrics stood out to me. In 'Be A Fanboy', Karkat describes a movie. He describes it as '...he [main character] finds himself head over heels for Redrom Interest A / But Redrom Interest A is flushing for her kismesis / Who's auspitious moirail is the main protagonist'.

This implies a few things. One, it implies that the main character may not have known about his moirail's kismesis, which wouldn't make much sense from my understanding. It also implies that A is hiding the fact she is flushed for her kismesis, which would also not make a lot of sense, or at least would put her in a more negative light.

There is also the important question of who is the third person in the main character and his moirail's auspitious relationship. Auspitious relationships are three way; You can't have an auspitious relationship with only three trolls, as that defeats the purpose of the relationship. The whole point is that a third person exists to soothe the relationship between two who hate each other, either for the purpose of preserving pre-existing dynamics, to stop pitch infedility, or to prevent a toxic relationship.

The fact that the main character and his moirail are both in the relationship implies that one of them is the soother, which makes me wonder if the auspitious relationship originally started to prevent fighting between Redrom Interest A and the moirail, but was later forfeited to allow Redrom Interest A and the moirail to enter a pitch relationship.
